Bok Rocket privacy.

Updated 10 September 2026. This notice covers Bok Rocket, provided by Chris Michael, including the mobile release and browser preview.

Your game progress

Scores, earned eggs, unlocked characters, trails and settings stay on your device. There is no game account, chat, public leaderboard or cloud save. Gameplay events are written to local diagnostic logs rather than sent to a game analytics service.

Optional rescue ads on mobile

The mobile release offers an optional Google AdMob rewarded ad to rescue a failed run once. Restarting is always free. There are no in-app purchases or forced ads in this version. The browser preview does not show ads.

Before mobile advertising starts, players can enter their date of birth or choose “Prefer not to say”. The phone calculates an age group locally, then discards the birth date. Only the resulting group (under 13, 13–15, 16–17, 18 or older, or unspecified) is saved on the device; the birth date is never saved or transmitted. Under-13 and unspecified selections receive Google’s child-directed ad treatment. Teen selections receive under-age-of-consent treatment. These settings disable personalised advertising; child-directed requests also suppress the advertising identifier. Google’s consent system checks which privacy choices apply before ad requests are allowed. Ad availability depends on region, eligibility and provider availability.

We request non-personalised ads with a general-audience content rating. Non-personalised does not mean that no information is processed: Google’s advertising SDK may process your IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, crash reports and performance information to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud and operate its services. We do not request access to your precise location, contacts, camera or microphone.

See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures. Where Google requires an ongoing choice, open Pause → Ad Choices to review it. Declining or being unable to load an ad never prevents a free restart.

Website delivery

The public bokrocket.com website is hosted on Vercel. Visiting it shares connection information such as your IP address and browser details with Vercel to deliver the website and maintain operational and security logs. See Vercel’s privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. The game does not require a website account.

Support

If you email chris@mosfa.com.au, we receive your address and the information you send, and use it to respond and investigate the issue. Do not send passwords, payment information or other sensitive details. Younger players should involve a parent or guardian.
